15 types of bird flu

Humans, birds and other living beings are responsive to the flu virus. There are 15 types of bird flu. The most infectious and usually fatal for birds are types H5 and H7.
The most dangerous virus causing the greatest concern is H5N1 strain. However, even within this strain, there are different types of virus. Its different versions were registered in different countries that suffered from bird Flu epidemic.
Migrant wild birds, especially ducks, are natural transmitting agents of the virus and facilitate spreading of disease. In turn, the main victims of the disease are domestic birds, which are particularly responsive to it.
That is why H5N1 strain, found among wild birds in Turkey and supposedly Rumania, causes such concern.
Additionally, the appearance of H7 and H9 strains was registered in Pakistan, but there are no cases of infection among humans yet.
